1. General
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FunLoot platform (funloot.com) and any purchases made through it. By using FunLoot, you agree to these terms. FunLoot LLC is registered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable 15% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Product availability is subject to stock. Images are for illustration purposes; minor variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. COD is available for Riyadh deliveries only. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if items are unavailable.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery within Riyadh on all orders. Standard shipping across Saudi Arabia is SAR 25. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. FunLoot is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

6. Grading Services
PSA grading services are provided through FunLoot as an authorized submission center. Grading fees are non-refundable once cards are submitted. Turnaround times are estimates provided by PSA and may vary. FunLoot is not liable for grading outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on FunLoot, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of FunLoot LLC or its licensors. Product names and images belong to their respective rights holders (Funko, The Pokémon Company, Bandai, PSA, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
FunLoot provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.
