Product Returns
- •Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are sealed and unopened.
- •Opened or used items are non-returnable.
- •Items that arrive damaged are fully refundable — send us a photo of the damage via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Grading Services
- •Once cards are submitted for PSA grading, the service fee is non-refundable.
- •Cards that are returned ungraded due to damage discovered during the grading process are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- •Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss any grading service issues.
Refund Method
- •Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- •Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer — we will contact you for your IBAN.
